Role Description: At Hermeus you’ll manage the front lines of our recruiting process via lead generation, candidate sourcing, analytics and reporting, Hermeus brand promotion, and building and maintaining a talent pool. Responsibilities

  • Identify and curate candidate pipelines for technical and non-technical roles by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Slack, etc.)
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Support the full life-cycle recruiting process including scheduling interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates, and communicating regularly with internal stakeholders
  • Nurture university relationships by coordinating recruiting events, information sessions, and campus visits
  • Collaborate with People Operations to support onboarding and other company employee initiatives
  • Help the team move faster - support travel planning, scheduling, and assisting with office supply management

Required Skills

  • BA/BS degree in Communication, Business, Human Resources Management or other related field
  • 1+ year of experience working in a recruitment or HR role
  • Experience using Boolean searches to source candidates
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Previous start-up experience
  • Sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Motivated self-starter and creative problem solver who gets stuff done
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
